Home Remedies of Giloy


Boil the Giloy stem powder in the water till it is reduced to half. Add black pepper, cloves, and honey to it. This mixture can be stored in airtight glass containers for future use.


Make a fine paste by crushing the Giloy leaves in a grinder and add honey and rose water to it. Apply this paste before 2-3 hours of applying shampoo on your scalp.


Take 2-3 spoon of Giloy juice and add the same amount of water in it. Drinking it on an empty stomach in the stomach in the morning once a day would be advantageous.


Take half or a quarter spoon of Giloy Powder and mix it in milk to make a paste. Apply this paste on your skin 2-3 times a week to control blemishes and hyperpigmentation.


Take 1-2 teaspoons of Giloy juice and mix it with honey. Apply it evenly on the skin 2-3 times a week to control dryness and wrinkles.


Consume half a gram of Giloy powder with amla every day in the morning. Giloy juice can also be taken with buttermilk for better digestion. Moreover, it provides relief in piles too.


Chop the branches of Giloy into small pieces and add them to the blender. Add 1 cup of water to it and blend until the complete liquid turns green. Now strain this blend out in a glass or a bottle and your Giloy juice is ready. Giloy is completely natural with zero side effects. However, it is advised to monitor your blood sugar levels regularly if you are a diabetes patient and are consuming Giloy on a long-term basis.
